  16. What if you were to hardcode your bitplanes based on a 2Mb chip memory 
  17. configuration and do a MOVE A0,$110000. It's not a bug; it functions as 
  18. specified. But it perhaps crashes the next Amiga (same model, just 1Mb chip 
  19. less). So it's not a bug, but just CRAPPY CODE. That's what Michael is 
  20. talking about. Don't degrade yourself by this silly mistake. You're too easy.

  33. If you want to ignore that an Amiga with a Retina is still an Amiga, then you 
  34. probably want to see the Amiga die. A Retina is as much an expansion as a 
  35. different processor. Why did you buy the 1200 anyway, it is NOT an Amiga, 
  36. only the Amiga 1000 really is, using your ruling. Stating the Amiga is not an 
  37. Amiga just points out your inability to program it. Oh my gosh, another 
  38. hardware change! Now I'll have to reprogram all my demos!

  47. make the Amiga any more to be taken seriously, for that matter.
